Toronto Rugby is pleased to announce the appointment of a permits officer to work with the clubs and the city of Toronto in permit applications and assignments.
Our new officer is Kathleen Daly and we would like to welcome her to the team. Kathleen will liaison with the appropriate clubs to find out your requirements for field space for practice schedules, the fixtures secretaries for game schedules, book the space and provide the necessary breakdown to the treasurer for invoicing. Kathleen will become the point of contact for any matters pertaining to permits with the City of Toronto and work closely with the new treasurer to handle the permit payments, invoicing etc.
We are confident that having a dedicated permits officer will provide a stronger resource to the clubs, rather than having a fixtures secretary handle the duties.
Please join me in welcoming Kathleen to the Toronto Rugby team. Please give her a chance to get settled before you begin sending her your requirements.
We have forwarded all the information that we have with regard to last years permit information and will be available to help smooth the transfer.
