Reporting to the Manager, Varsity Athletics the incumbent is responsible for fostering a winning culture both in and out of the classroom.  The incumbent is responsible for planning, coordination, and implementation of all aspects of the Women’s Rugby program at York University including but not limited to the recruitment and development of players, team practices and training (not including strength and conditioning) as well as all competitions.  In addition, fund raising and alumni relations are integral to the success of the program.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years coaching experience (preferably at the post-secondary, senior high school, or senior club level and have demonstrated a high caliber of leadership, sportsmanship and coaching performance.

Hiring Salary Range:  Honorarium

Hours of Work: Varied including evenings and weekends

Duration:  PT Contract Seasonal
