The IRB has some excellent rugby resources that are immediately avalaible through their website, IRB Passport
IRB Passport is a gateway to the training and education web sites provided by the International Rugby Board. You may registere for an IRB Passport and get access to online accreditation on a range of topics from Law education to physical preparation.
