The Sudbury Stones Rugby Football Club is Northern Ontario’s only ORU sanctioned club. Not part of the regular scheduled club matches in Ontario, we’re a social club who travel near and far for the love of Rugby.

We’re the the Harlem Globetrotters of rugger, with Sudbury being its Vegas. Many of our players are in Sudbury temporarily as students, professors, and migrant workers. Our alumnus regularly join us for our away games. Those who call Sudbury our home, keep this club running…all for the love of short shorts and balls that bounce funny. 

We are also gracious hosts! The Sudbury Stones RFC puts on an annual 7’s tour to which we invite the clubs we’ve played over the years. 2014 marks our tournament’s 10 year anniversary. Save the date, October 4th, 2014.
