The International Rugby Board is the world governing and Law-making body for the Game of Rugby Union.

Throughout the world rugby is played according to the laws defined and modified from time to time by the IRB.

One of the fastest growing age groups for rugby is the minis. These young players, ages 5 – 12, play a modified form of the game.

Rugby Ontario is introducing Kick Off Rugby in 2014 for players age 6 to 9. The Ontario Kickoff Manual outline rules of play, lesson plans etc.
