TRU Annual General Meeting & Fixtures Meeting, January 19th
Toronto Rugby has confirmed our union’s Annual General Meeting & Fixtures Meeting for Sunday January 19th, 10 am to 1 pm at the Ajax Wanderers Clubhouse, 1717 Harwood Ave North, Ajax.
IF YOUR CLUB PRESIDENT CANNOT ATTEND, PLEASE EMAIL Toronto Rugby Secretary SHELLY INCE (postmaster@torontorugby.ca) TO ADVISE OF THE AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE ATTENDING ON THE PRESIDENT’S BEHALF.
A formal agenda will be released closer to the date. The AGM will consist of year end reports, along with elections. Immediately following the AGM will be the fixtures meeting for men’s & women’s.

- President – 2 year term (Mark Walsh willing to stand)
- Treasurer – 2 year term (Peter Ratcliffe willing to stand)
- Secretary – 2 year term (Shelly Ince willing to stand)
- Director of High Performance – 2 year term (John Pryce willing to stand)
- Director of Discipline – 2 year term (Michael Kahn willing to stand)
- Director at Large – 1 year term (incumbent undecided)
Please note that nominations can be made from the floor at the AGM for any interested members. A nominee and seconder is required for all new candidates.
