Women’s Intermediate Cup – Oshawa Vikings RFC
Women’s McKenna Cup – Belleville Bulldogs RFC
Keenan Cup Champions – Vaughan Yeomen RFC
Keenan Plate Champions – Toronto Buccaneers RFC
Keenan Bowl Champions – Toronto Dragons RFC
Keenan 2nd Division Champions – Toronto Saracens RFC
Russell Division Champions – Brock RFC
McCormick Cup Champions – Brantford Harlequins RFC
Marshal Fall Cup Champions – Barrie RFC
Marshal Gee Gage Cup Champions – Balmy Beach RFC
The Oshawa Vikings women’s side will be promoted to the OWL for 2020. The Toronto Scottish, and Oakville Crusaders will be joining the McKenna women’s league for 2020.
The Vaughan Yeomen will be promoted to the Marshal league for 2020. Lindsay RFC will be joining the Keenan division next season.
Brock RFC won promotion to the Keenan for 2020 season.
