2019 TRU DEFAULTS POLICY

In order to clarify any confusion from previous seasons the TRU Board of Directors has approved the following policy document to ensure a clear & transparent process on dealing with any defaulted fixtures.

Highlights include:

• The team noted in default shall receive a Notice of Default & Fine within 72 hours of the alleged defaulted fixture
• A club will have the right to contest the fine within 48 hours, or, shall be required to pay the fine within 7 days.
